We try our best to have pieces available in shop dates near the turn of each season. Though that is the goal, it sometimes takes a bit longer to get pieces up and available to you. When shop updates are pending, we will notify folks through our email list. If you’d like to be among the first to know when new pieces will be available, sign up on our email list. If you are ordering something that is in stock, you should expect to see your order arrive within two weeks time. During the spring and summer you should expect a little longer wait times because Vanessa, though dedicated to clay, is a touring musician during her time away from the studio. If she is out on the road, you will be notified at the time of your order. Once we receive your order you can expect to see a confirmation of receipt, and once it’s shipped, tracking and shipping confirmation.

At the moment, shipping is limited to the United States, Canada, UK, and Europe. Please check back for updated international shipping.

Yes, all Studio Will Born tablewares are food safe.

We strive to accurately articulate the feel and function of our work, but if you’ve received something you were not expecting we will refund your order upon return receipt of the pieces.
