  • Do you offer refunds?
    We strive to accurately articulate the feel and function of our work, but if you’ve received something you were not expecting we will refund your order upon return receipt of the pieces.
  • Do you do custom orders?
    We are available to fulfill a few custom orders per season. Please reach out with inquiries.
  • Do you ship to other countries?
    At the moment, shipping is limited to the United States, Canada, UK, and Europe. Please check back for updated international shipping.
  • Are your pieces food safe?
    Yes, all Studio Will Born tablewares are food safe.
  • When will your shop be updated?
    We try our best to have pieces available in shop dates near the turn of each season. Though that is the goal, it sometimes takes a bit longer to get pieces up and available to you. When shop updates are pending, we will notify folks through our email list. If you’d like to be among the first to know when new pieces will be available, sign up on our email list. Sign up on our home page.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    If you are ordering something that is in stock, you should expect to see your order arrive within two weeks time. During the spring and summer you should expect a little longer wait times because Vanessa, though dedicated to clay, is a touring musician during her time away from the studio. If she is out on the road, you will be notified at the time of your order. Once we receive your order you can expect to see a confirmation of receipt, and once it’s shipped, tracking and shipping confirmation.
  • Do you do wholesale?
    Yes, we do offer wholesale prices for retailers and restaurants. Please contact us for details.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • Are you available to teach workshops?
    Yes, Vanessa is available to teach workshops. Please contact for availability.
